somatic therapy:
calm your mind, body, & spirit

Do any of these sound like you?

The successful, high-achiever that prides themselves on strength, independence, and perseverance despite the odds being stacked against them.

The award-winning champion, bred to excel, who constantly pushes themselves so hard that when it’s finally time to relax, it seems impossible.

The crisis management executive, putting out fires, cleaning up after other people’s messes, and never having enough time for themselves when it’s over.

The carefree, easygoing performer who enjoys flying solo but secretly worries that the people close to them will abandon them if they’re not perfect.

You’re not alone. However, when we suffer, we tend to isolate and sink deep into loneliness. We are human beings, and we thrive on connection and relationships.

work with an attachment therapist

Developing a soulful, deep, and heart-centered relationship with you is the foundation of my practice. True healing requires a safe holding space where you’ll be challenged to heal and grow.

Say goodbye to homework, endless worksheets, and self-help books. Effective psychotherapy helps you achieve long-lasting changes. As an attachment therapist, I recognize that you are a whole person with unique experiences across the lifespan. Therapy should never feel like a “program.” It should feel meaningful, intimate, and transformative.

The kind of therapy I offer may be different from what you’ve tried before. In attachment therapy, you’ll learn about your relationship patterns (e.g., attachment patterns and attachment styles). Together, we’ll explore the deepest parts of yourself and the unconscious patterns holding you back in your personal life and relationships.
